I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were fabulous and incredibly comfortable, although a few minor issues were present. The service was warm and welcoming, but there were occasional delays in decision-making. The location was perfect, offering easy access to beautiful spots in Bath. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Bath! The room was large, clean, and comfortable with a nice firm bed and great shower, though it could be a bit noisy at times. The service was top-notch, especially Lianne who went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience. The location was fantastic, right by the river and within walking distance to all the attractions. The dining options were good, with some room for improvement.
